About the opportunity:
As a Senior Business Analyst at Super SA, you'llbe a strategic force behind the scenes, driving initiatives thatshape the future of how we operate. You'll lead the discoveryand definition of business needs, map current and future processes,and translate insights into practical, high-impact solutions. Fromfacilitating workshops and defining business requirements todelivering small and medium projects end-to-end, your work willdirectly influence how Super SA serves its members.
You will also be instrumental in bridging the gap betweentechnical and business stakeholders and facilitating cross-functionteam collaboration. Whether it's developing business cases,guiding change, or engaging vendors, this role offers the chance tomake a real impact in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
About you
To be successful, you must address the selectioncriteria below in a cover letter:
- Previous experience working as a business analyst withexperience in influencing, managing, and collaborating withstakeholders across organisation including seniormanagement.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing problems, interpretingcomplex data, and recommending practical and efficientsolutions.
- Proficient experience in undertaking business requirementsanalysis, evaluating and documenting the analysis of businessprocess and procedure.
- Proficient experience in the preparation of high-qualityproject related documentation, including business cases,reports, and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational changeinitiatives involving procedural, structural, or technologicaltransitions.
- Demonstrated ability in liaising effectively, includingconsultation and negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders,to facilitate their cooperation and support to achieve desiredoutcomes and to establish and maintain strong and productiveworking relationships.

Remuneration
ASO6 – $98,478 min - $104,165 max per annum,plus superannuation
