Overview
Kalgoorlie residential role (Local). Working in our Kalgoorlie yard, you will be responsible to support the yard supervisor to organise and execute all yard duties including loadouts, rotation of stock, maintenance and asset integrity. Working Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work when required, 10-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining all goods, plant and equipment in a tidy, accessible state
* Ensuring all MSDS sheets are supplied with materials delivered to sites
* Organising the repair of "out of service" equipment and maintenance upkeep to our assets
* Ensuring hazardous goods are handled, stored and transported in compliance with legislation
* Communicating with the yard supervisor regarding orders, deliveries and stock levels
* Managing the checking of shipments when they arrive to ensure the orders have been correctly filled and the goods meet specification
* Monitoring in-house inventory movement and completing inventory transfer forms for accounting purposes
* Refuelling plant on site and general yard maintenance for site cleanliness
About You
* Construction white card
* Manual driver's licence
* HR License (preferred)
* Forklift/Telehandler License (preferred)
* Experience in the mining and industrial industry
* Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
