Member Support Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a leading fitness organisation, we operate premium clubs across Australia, providing improved health and wellness services to over 270,000 members.
The successful candidate will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They will be responsible for interacting with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey, and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Sales Promotions and Referrals: Contribute to sales growth by utilising promotions and referrals campaigns.
2. Lead Generation: Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
3. Sales Presentations: Provide presentations and tours to prospective members.
4. Member Journey: Create great member experiences through positive and personalised interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need current First Aid & CPR certificates, excellent communication skills, tenacity, and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
