We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and contribute to the continued success of our brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- **Sales Performance**: Drive and maximize sales, ensuring the store meets and exceeds revenue goals.
- **Customer Experience**: Create a welcoming and customer-centric environment that enhances the overall shopping experience.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide coaching and guidance to foster a positive and collaborative work culture.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and regular stocktakes.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the store layout and displays are visually appealing and in line with the Bed Bath and Table brand.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the home goods or similar industry, but can be hospitality or other service based industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
