Full Time – Pay: $53.54 - $66.09 per hour, based on experience and qualification.

In This Role, You Will
- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.
About Goodstart Forbes
- Our welcoming centre caters for up to 75 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms. With a homelike feel, it’s a place where both children and educators feel comfortable and supported.
- The Centre Leadership team is led by Director Aimee-Lee and Assistant Director Brooke, who together bring over 30 years of sector experience. They pride themselves on creating a supportive and collaborative setting for all staff at the service.
- We are in a convenient residential area, close to schools, shops and local facilities — making excursions easy to manage and offering staff added convenience at the end of the day to run personal errands.
- Our team are actively involved in our wider community – we participate in local community events such as ANZAC Day, Australia Day parade and NAIDOC day celebrations. We are also activity involved in the Birth to Kinder Reading Downtown Day.

You’ll Need
- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
