My client is a well-known international airline currently experiencing a massive intake of new business and in turn are looking for a dedicated travel professional to join their reservations team on a part time basis. The successful applicant will have solid Amadeus and ticketing knowledge
Work from home is available after training completed. Ideally looking for 3 days part time, which must include Thursday and Fridays.
The Role
As an Airline Reservations Coordinator your role is to provide exceptional customer service, enhancing guest experience, and delivering against sales & telephone targets.
Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners
Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD's
Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets
Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc.

Who You Are
Minimum two years' experience in an airline reservations and ticketing role
Robust Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus:
Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work as part of a team
