About the Role
">
Working with us, you'll be part of a team that operates three Community Options houses in Western Australia. These are 24/7 residential mental health programs at Stirling, Mount Claremont, and Bentley sites.

We support residents aged 18-65 who require help after a long-term hospital stay due to mental illness. This is a casual role where you'll make a real difference.

Your Key Responsibilities
">

* Work closely with residents as they relearn or gain new skills to live independently using the recovery approach.
">
* Assist with daily activities, monitor and support medication management, and identify opportunities for education, training, and employment.
">
* Support clients to achieve short-term and long-term recovery goals, become active community members, and develop individualized support services.
">

About You
">
We're looking for someone who can relate to and empathize with others, supporting people with complex mental health conditions. Mental health qualifications are beneficial but not necessary – if you're currently studying in this field, we welcome your application.

You'll also need:

* Certificate III in Mental Health or higher qualification, or equivalent experience.
">
* Experience working with people experiencing mental health conditions.
">
* Commitment to facilitating recovery with individualized support services.
">
* Initiative and comfort working independently.
">
* Great conversational, influencing, and negotiating skills.
">
* An ability to plan and problem-solve.
">
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
