About the Role 
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and optimising warehouse operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role provides strong leadership to the warehouse team, maintains compliance with regulatory and company standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and business growth.

Key Qualifications & Experience 
Proven leadership, supervisory and team management skills 
Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment 
Experience managing large warehouse operations (600+ pallet movements daily) 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP B1 experience highly desirable) and Produmex WMS 
In-depth knowledge of GMP, QA, OH&S;, and Quality Management System requirements 
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments and with external providers 
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach 
Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement best practice warehouse processes 
Current Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential) 
Key Responsibilities 
Leadership & Team Management 
— Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and engagement; allocate tasks and resources; conduct performance reviews, manage KPIs, and implement training and development plans; recruitment and onboarding of new staff with compliance to induction and training requirements 
Warehouse Operations 
— Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, put-away, storage, and dispatch; ensure inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes; manage SLOB products; maintain GMP, QA, OH&S;, CoR and QMS requirements; maintain a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse; manage pallet accounts and assist in transfers dispute resolution 
Process & Performance Management 
— Own warehouse KPIs (inventory accuracy, DIFOT, stock integrity, cost efficiency, safety); identify and implement process improvements; ensure documentation and labeling compliance; manage issues related to slow-moving, obsolete or damaged stock; coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and Operations; manage bookings with transport providers; provide timely reporting 
General 
— Ensure equipment is maintained and used safely; contribute to policies and cross-functional initiatives; undertake other duties as directed by Management 
Qualifications & How to Apply
