This role is with one of Australia's leading and rapidly growing insurance broking groups.
You will be working alongside a supportive and experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients.

As an Account Manager you'll be responsible for a portfolio of clients and be tasked with providing them insurance solutions and excellent customer service.
You'll also be providing key assistance to a Director to further your development and exposure to larger and more complex risks.

Duties and Responsibilities
End-to-end management of a mixed portfolio of clients
Maintaining and growing the portfolio through new business initiatives
Manage a mixed portfolio of SME clients and provide them with expert advice and tailored insurance solutions
Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and processing
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
Adopt an open mind and willingness to learn
Qualifications
Tier 1 Broking Qualification
Experience as an Account Manager/Executive managing a portfolio of insurance business
OR, experience as an established Broker Assistant and are looking to take the next step
Understanding of the general insurance product suite
A positive can-do attitude
Someone that takes initiative in their learning and can be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate with external stakeholders
Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
