Role Overview
As the National Lead, Broker Partnerships, you will shape the strategic direction of our relationships with Strategic and International Brokers. This role exists to bring clarity, connection, and momentum to these partnerships—ensuring Zurich continues to grow sustainably while strengthening our presence across the market.
You'll sit at the heart of our broker engagement model, providing critical insights, aligning strategy across the business, and helping teams see the bigger picture. Your work will directly influence how we support brokers and customers, turning data, relationships, and collaboration into meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Set and align strategic plans in partnership with senior leaders across Strategic Broker Management and Commercial Markets
* Monitor key growth initiatives, highlighting opportunities, successes, and areas for improvement
* Capture, interpret, and present competitor and broker intelligence to guide decision‐making
* Translate broker insights into clear, actionable summaries and plans for internal teams
* Promote Zurich's value proposition across markets to strengthen broker relationships and drive sustainable growth
* Act as a conduit across all levels of Zurich and broker organisations to enhance communication and partnership
Qualifications
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
* Extensive experience engaging with brokers within the general insurance industry
* A proven record of developing and delivering strategic plans that influence growth
* Strong communication capability, including confidence working with senior external stakeholders
* Deep market knowledge and commercial understanding across products and distribution channels
* Experience navigating complex environments with agility and sound judgement
* Strong understanding of governance, risk, and industry insights
