Exciting opportunity in our Online TeamBe a part of a fast-paced, collaborative teamFlexible hybrid role – Docklands based office & the comfort of your own homeThe Myer Group is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to execute the tactical elements of the eCommerce channels, with a strong focus on driving immediate sales, enhancing operational efficiencies and supporting the delivery of short-term projects.
This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution of online initiatives that contribute to the channel's commercial performance and overall customer experience.About the role:Execute day-to-day eCommerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagementAssist in and act on trade and promotional plans in line with broader eCommerce strategiesAdhere to operational processes that ensure a smooth customer experienceContribute to small-scale projects that contribute to eCommerce platform's enhancementsMonitor key performance indicators and generate reports for management reviewAnalyse product performance and execute on predefined strategies that optimise salesCollaborate with marketing merchandise teams to achieve sales budgetsCommunicate with cross functional and external teams to achieve day-to-day execution of operational targetsEnsure internal and supplier processes are kept up to date, participating in the improvement, adoption and iteration of processRespond to pricing and compliance issues across Myer Group sites promptlyAbout you:Previous experience in eCommerce or Merchandise role within the retail sector preferredStrong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA strong team player who is able to work collaboratively with both internal and external teamsCustomer driven with a strong service focusAbility to work within a fast-paced environmentExperience in eCommerce platforms, PIMs or search and merchandising toolsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite – particularly in Microsoft ExcelBenefits to you:Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave – arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.Here, you're not only an employee.
