Mildura Motor Holdings is a family-owned dealership with a reputation for quality, customer service, and operational excellence. We're seeking a Used Car Reconditioning Mechanic to join our Pre-Delivery Centre team.
This role ensures every used vehicle meets our high standards before it reaches our used car lot – carrying out health checks, inspections, and light repairs to keep quality and safety at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough health checks and pre-inspection checks on all used vehicle stock.
* Perform light mechanical repairs to ensure vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for sale.
* Victorian Roadworthy Inspections and certifications
* Work closely with the pre-delivery and sales teams to meet preparation timelines.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs performed.
* Assist in upholding the high quality standards our dealership is known for.

About You
* Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification required.
* Victorian Roadworthy Licensed Tester accreditation is highly desired.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and solid communication skills.
* Organised and reliable with a focus on delivering quality work.
* Minimum 1-2 years of automotive mechanic experience required.
* Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency required for this position.
