About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Exadata Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance database systems that meet the needs of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Designing and optimizing Oracle Exadata systems for maximum availability, scalability, and security
* Implementing database installations, configurations, patching, upgrades, and migrations using industry-leading tools and technologies
* Maintaining backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard
* Monitoring system health using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and related tools
* Optimizing Exadata storage, compute nodes, and network performance
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Exadata systems
* Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle RDBMS
* Experience with backup and recovery strategies using RMAN and Data Guard
* Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and related tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
