What We're Looking For
We're seeking suitably qualified professionals with:
* 2+ years mine site and or emergency services experience
* National Police Clearance (within 12 months old)
* Full Working Rights in Australia
* Current Driver's License
* Please Note: A Pre‐employment Medical is required, including Drug and Alcohol Testing prior to site mobilisation.
Relevant Qualifications (ESOs)
* Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue
* HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing
* RIIVEH305F – Operate & Maintain 4WD Vehicle
* RIISS00034 – Surface Coal Mine Safety Skill Set (Standard 11)
* Coal Board Medical (RSHQ)
* Bonus: TAE40116 Cert IV Training & Assessment, White Card, BG4 – Underground Search & Rescue BA
Training areas of experience that are highly regarded include
* Emergency response
* Confined space and vertical rescue
* High‐risk work
* First aid and medical response
* Workplace safety and compliance
Relevant Qualifications (Trainer/Assessors)
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training OR
* A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials:
* TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set, or TAESS00019 Assessor Skills Set or its successor, or
* TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skills Set or its successor, OR Diploma of higher-level qualification in adult education or vocational education and training
