About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Team Member to support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue. This leadership position involves overseeing front-of-house operations, leading staff during service, managing customer experience, and supporting all areas of compliance and training.
The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to leadership and enjoy being part of a busy, collaborative team.
Your Responsibilities and Requirements
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Duty Manager in a high-volume venue is essential.
* Confident in leading shifts, functions, resolving issues, and supporting junior staff.
* Hold relevant qualifications including RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Managers, CLO.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Calm, professional, and team-oriented approach to hospitality leadership.
