Our client is an innovative SaaS company experiencing continued growth. As they scale, they're looking for a Technical Systems Analyst to take ownership of the cloud platforms and business systems that underpin their products and day-to-day operations.
They're open to junior or mid-level analysts or technical professionals who bring the right attitude, curiosity, and technical aptitude to learn and grow. This is a hands-on systems role which ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems end-to-end.

What you'll do:
* Own and improve cloud platforms and internal systems
* Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and cost-effective
* Collaborate with developers and architects to improve performance and resilience
* Take a hands-on approach to security and access management
* Support a fully remote workforce and resolve escalated issues
Technical skills:
* Experience with Azure and Microsoft cloud technologies
* Exposure to DevOps practices and automation
* Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Intune, Purview, and MS365
* Ability to troubleshoot using logs, monitoring tools, SQL databases, APIs, and performance metrics
* Experience working with cloud infrastructure and SaaS environments
* Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems and documented procedures
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
* Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer, Security Operations Analyst, or Azure DevOps Engineer (desirable)
* Certifications are a bonus; willingness to learn is just as important
