Key Responsibilities
* Prepare financial statements for 100+ trusts and companies
* Reconcile intercompany loans and allocate multiple bank statements in Business Central
* Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations for shopping centres and residential properties
* Prepare and reconcile receipts and payments quarterly
* Coordinate payment of water, council rates, land tax & ESL for portfolio properties
* Prepare monthly debtor reporting for shopping centres
* Reconcile personal credit cards and banking for Managing Director
* General administration and finance support
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an Accountant
* Bachelor Degree in Commerce (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
* Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Professional, confidential approach to all tasks
