This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to drive operational efficiency and ensure a safe working environment at Bishop Davies Court.
Responsibilities:
* Review and develop facilities maintenance and works programs.
* Ensure all buildings meet service requirements and are compliant with health and safety standards.
* Manage staff, including allocation of work and performance management.
* Lead and implement health and safety policy, procedure and processes throughout the facility.
* Assist with contract management.
* Coordinate and deliver gardening and maintenance assistance.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in commercial facilities management, including supervision of a maintenance team.
* Motivation and passion to provide excellent service to residents.
* Able to work autonomously.
* Committed to safe work practices.
* Working knowledge of legislative, regulatory and industry requirements.
