Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents.
You will be:
* Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support.
* Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications.
* Assisting with IT-related projects.
* Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
* Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server 2019/2022, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, Veeam and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
* Prior experience working within a small-medium IT team is highly advantageous.
* A valid driving licence.
