Paediatric & Neuro Physiotherapist – Join the Balance & Bloom Team
At Balance and Bloom Therapy Australia, we specialise in neuro-development, functional neurology, and nervous system regulation. Our clinic is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a physiotherapist who is passionate about helping children (and the occasional adult) move, strengthen, regulate, and reach milestones they've been struggling to achieve.
We work from a bottom-up neurological approach - building strong foundations in tone, reflexes, coordination, sensory processing and movement patterns so our kids can thrive.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a physiotherapist who is:
* Driven by outcomes and loves seeing measurable progress.
* Confident working with paediatric neuro populations, including:
* Hypotonia / hypertonia
* Developmental delays
* ASD / ADHD
* Cerebral palsy and other neurological conditions
* Seizures
* Gait abnormalities
* Coordination and movement challenges
* Able to work on TONE, strength, gait, balance, and functional movement.
* Excited about getting kids walking, running, jumping, climbing, navigating obstacles, and learning new motor skills.
* Open-minded and keen to integrate functional neurology, sensory-motor techniques, and our tech-driven tools.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with chiropractors, nutritionists, neuro practitioners and allied health assistants.
At Balance & Bloom, you won't just be treating - you'll be helping shift neural pathways and build strong, regulated nervous systems.
Our Tools & Approach
We use evidence-informed, multi-modal therapy including:
* Low-level laser therapy to activate neural pathways
* Sensory-motor retraining
* Soft play, obstacle courses, climbing setups
* Functional movement training
* Neuro-priming techniques
* Assistive tech and equipment
You will also have a trained Allied Health Assistant with you at all times to support:
* Hands-on movement work
* Lasers and equipment setup
* Note-taking
* Session prep
* Reception and admin tasks
This allows you to stay fully focused on treatment and achieving outcomes.
