About the Role:
* Design and deliver high-quality learning services through outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs, catering to diverse client needs.
* Foster strong links with industry stakeholders, schools, universities, and other VET providers to enhance programme effectiveness.
* Maintain currency with contemporary teaching methodologies, philosophies, and industry best practices.
* Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Qualifications:
* Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered, preferably in UEE***** - Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or similar fields.
* Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials: TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, TAELLN411, or its successors.
* Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment provided.
* Up-to-date knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that inform the training and assessment delivered.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development in vocational training, learning, and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
