Merchandising Role Overview
* Represent leading non-alcoholic drink brands in supermarkets, optimizing shelf space and promoting brand visibility.
As a Casual Merchandiser, you will work closely with your Territory Manager to implement promotional displays, maintain stock levels, and ensure correct product placement. This role demands physical fitness, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent time management.
The ideal candidate should possess a valid Australian Driver's License, be able to lift up to 16kg boxes safely, and exhibit strong communication skills. They should also be proficient in using an iPad/tablet for reporting and adapt to changing situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and suppliers.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant metrics.
