What You'll Be Working On
As a Freedom Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our brand. Your day-to-day will involve:
Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and style preferences. Providing expert advice on our product range, from sofas to dining sets, bedroom furniture to home accessories. Identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling, always with the customer's best interests at heart. Create connections and cultivate relationships building a portfolio of repeat customers who trust your expertise. Contributing to store-wide goals while pursuing your individual targets with enthusiasm and determination.
What Type Of Person Will Succeed
We're looking for driven, results-oriented individuals who are passionate about exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. While previous sales experience is valuable, we prioritise your hunger for success and potential above all.
The ideal Freedom Sales Consultant will have:
A proven track record or natural aptitude for converting conversations into sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets A customer-focused mindset that puts client satisfaction at the heart of every interaction Sharp commercial acumen and the ability to identify upselling opportunities while maintaining authentic customer relationships A competitive spirit and resilience to thrive in a performance-based environment where results directly impact earnings A natural flair for communication and the ability to build instant rapport with a diverse range of customers.
