The role
As the Marketing Executive, Content and Customer Experience, you will lead cutting-edge content strategies that bring the GPT experience to life across digital platforms. You will strengthen customer connections, drive satisfaction and loyalty, and expand GPT’s impact and visibility.
What you will be doing
- Bringing the GPT Office brand to life through impactful digital storytelling, blending authentic narratives, strong visuals, and customer insights to drive meaningful engagement.
- Maintaining a centralised activation calendar and database of events, initiatives, and customer touchpoints, ensuring smooth and coordinated delivery across the portfolio.
- Tracking and analysing content performance and customer behaviour data to inform continuous improvement.
- Gathering tenant feedback from activations and preparing quarterly summaries for senior leadership highlighting key outcomes and recommendations.
- Collaborating with content, digital marketing, and external partners to develop compelling narratives, creative briefs, and tailored marketing assets that elevate customer stories and leasing wins.
What makes you stand out
- With tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or communications and at least 2 years of hands‑on experience, you bring a strong mix of technical capability, creative thinking, and executional excellence.
- Solid experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CMS tools such as Kentico), supported by proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Visual design skills and commitment to brand consistency, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; ability to storyboard, film, and edit both short‑form and long‑form video content.
- Highly organised and detail‑driven, you manage multiple projects with ease while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Creative problem‑solving, genuine passion for elevating customer experiences, and strong communication, writing, and editing abilities.
