About the opportunity
The Project Co-Ordinator works closely with the operations team, reports to the Senior Project Coordinator - Team Leader and is part of the South Coast MJH team. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey building a new home. More specifically, you will :
* Be responsible for working with and meeting with your allocated customers through their home building journey
* Be the critical conduit between the client and the business, providing all customers with an unbeatable customer service experience including dispute resolution and negotiation skills
* Work within a fast-paced energetic team, providing quick solutions to any problems which may arise
* Successfully manage multiple clients from Deposit through to Site Start, ensuring that plans and contract documents are accurate and available for client presentation meetings
* Ensure all information is collated for other McDonald Jones Homes departments so that they can complete their works accurately
* Help to ensure that the administrative tasks meet each critical deadline to keep the clients' administrative process on track within the specified timeframe
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values (Better Together, People Matter, Be Accountable and Think Bigger). In addition, you will demonstrate :
* A commitment to providing all customers with a professional and unbeatable customer experience
* Strong project coordinating skills and managing stakeholder expectations
* Knowledge of the residential construction industry (building your own home etc)
* Some exposure to floor plans, construction codes, council permits and construction processes
* Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
