They require a Fire Suppression Technician to join their team in Bibra Lake, WA.
The Fire Suppression Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of mobile fire suppression systems and fire extinguishers. This role ensures all work is completed to the highest standards while complying with Australian fire industry regulations (AS5062 and AS1851). Beyond technical expertise, the role contributes to a positive, safe, and healthy work environment, fostering strong relationships with team members and customers through professionalism, efficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately complete job-specific documentation, ensuring thorough records are maintained.
- Build and maintain strong on-site relationships with clients through professional and positive engagement.
- Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude and always treat colleagues and clients with respect.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in mobile suppression systems.
- Fulfil other duties as reasonably required by management.
- Install, test, and commission mobile fire suppression systems to a high standard.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of mobile suppression systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Stay up to date with Australian fire industry standards AS5062 and AS1851 to ensure compliance.
- Take care of all assigned equipment, tools, and company vehicle, ensuring they are kept clean, organised, and in good working order.
- Uphold the company's commitment to high-quality workmanship and service excellence.
- Work autonomously while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
To be considered you will need an AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience.

This is a full time position, an immediate start is available. A remuneration package of $80,000 - $105,000 will be offered to the successful candidate.
