Key Responsibilities
* Offer proactive administrative assistance to the HR and Payroll teams.
* Maintain accurate HR records, including contracts, personnel files, and compliance documentation.
* Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, including timesheet review and leave tracking, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support the preparation and distribution of employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents in line with company policies and legislation.
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies, providing guidance or escalating where necessary.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
* Qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
* Experience in HR or payroll administration.
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
