This is an exciting chance for a motivated
Facility Manager to join a global business, working with a dedicated team for one of their major clients,
a leader within the energy industry.
The
Facilities Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a highly functional workplace, which fosters collaboration, innovation and agility. This is a
broad and
varied position where you will be responsible for the day to day facilities, stakeholder management and operations of the building with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance
Initial temporary contract with a view to convert to permanent:
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week:
Paying: $45-$50 p/h + super:
You will work in a collaborative environment with flexibility and the exposure to a Global firm.
Main responsibilities will include:
Maintain all facets of building facilities and ensure they are fully operational and compliant at all times.
Manage the day to day building vendor relationships
Ensure all escalations are effectively managed and promptly resolved
Drive contractor management for all essential services
Maintain a current knowledge of all of relevant legislation and government guidelines
This role will suit a proactive, self - motivated professional with the ability
to self-manage and take ownership of their work and demonstrated stakeholder engagement and relationship building experience skills. To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a
facilities/building management or property management background.
