Commercial Site Supervisor – Leadership in Commercial Glazing
This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to lead a professional team, coordinate site activities, and deliver projects that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
About the Role
The Commercial Site Supervisor plays a central part in ensuring large-scale glazing and aluminium projects are completed on time and within budget. You will oversee site teams, coordinate with fabricators and estimators, and ensure smooth day‐to‐day project delivery. This is a hands‐on leadership role requiring technical understanding, communication excellence, and an eye for quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading commercial installation teams to meet project deadlines.
* Reading and interpreting site drawings for fabrication and installation accuracy.
* Coordinating material deliveries, logistics, and fabrication schedules.
* Liaising with project managers, suppliers, and administrative staff.
* Ensuring compliance with WHS and company quality systems.
* Conducting toolbox meetings and reporting on project milestones.
Your ability to motivate crews, manage multiple priorities, and resolve challenges on‐site will be key to your success.
Skills and Experience Needed
* Demonstrated glazing and aluminium installation experience in commercial environments.
* Proven leadership and problem‐solving skills on construction projects.
* Competence in reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings.
* Strong understanding of site safety and quality compliance.
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
