* Manage office facilities, welcoming guests, coordinating meetings and events, handling travel logistics, and engaging with stakeholders.
* Manage supplies, equipment, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
* Provide executive support to the APAC Country Director, including diary management and meeting coordination.
