Trade Sales Growth Opportunity

This role offers autonomy, variety and the right amount of challenge that will keep you learning and growing your knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execution of business plans
* Achievement of sales targets
* Support Trade Distributors with product and sales requirements
* Maintain professional knowledge of the Selleys Trade Product offer/portfolio & range
* Identify and create sales opportunities for the Business
* Profile customers, develop and execute B2B business and call plans

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Trade Sales role or hands-on Trade application
* Proven ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into clear strategic actions to achieve sales targets and broader business objectives
* Technical expertise in the application and performance of silicones, sealants, and adhesives in trade environments
* Exceptional communication and influencing skills
* Strong analytical mindset, with a natural ability to problem-solve, investigate issues, and develop practical solutions.
* Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills and exposure to using sales CRMs
* Willingness to travel across the state, as required
