We're looking for a strategic, hands‑on Digital Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our digital fundraising activities, and use digital innovation, storytelling and data to drive real-world impact.
This is a senior, autonomous role where you'll own digital fundraising end‑to‑end — from acquisition and retention to major campaigns and capital appeals — while working with passionate people who care deeply about purpose.
Reporting to senior Foundation leadership, you will be responsible for the strategy, delivery and optimisation of all digital fundraising activity. Working closely with Communications, Events, Philanthropy, Data and Direct Marketing teams, you'll ensure digital channels play a central role in donor acquisition, retention, events and capital appeals.
Why this role is different

* True ownership – Strategy and execution sit with you
* Flexibility – Part‑time (0.6) with hybrid working
* Variety & influence – Fundraising, content, analytics, platforms and stakeholders
* A respected brand – One of Victoria's largest not‑for‑profit healthcare groups
Key responsibilities
You'll lead and grow Epworth Medical Foundation's digital fundraising presence, shaping how supporters discover, engage with and give to our cause.
Key highlights include:
* Plan, develop and deliver multi‑channel digital fundraising campaigns supporting annual appeals, events and capital raising
* Own and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, EDM platforms and peer‑to‑peer (P2P) fundraising platforms
* Develop and implement digital donor acquisition and retention strategies
* Create and manage email marketing and automation journeys for different audiences
* Build and maintain social media content calendars and manage community engagement
* Manage the Foundation's website and digital fundraising platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date
* Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta and campaign data to inform optimisation and reporting
* Provide digital fundraising support for premiere fundraising events, including audience acquisition and P2P activity
This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves.
