Payroll Officer Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a skilled Payroll Officer in a dynamic environment.
You will be responsible for supporting the Acting Payroll Lead and contributing across the full payroll lifecycle for a large employee group.
Key responsibilities include:
* End-to-end payroll processing support
* Onboarding changes, contract updates, leave calculations, audits, handling payroll queries
* Ensuring compliance with Fair Work, ATO, superannuation, and internal policies
* Assisting with reporting, data analysis, and supporting Finance as required
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in a busy, high-volume environment and be confident in their ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This role offers a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home, providing a great work-life balance.
