We are seeking a warm and engaging individual to represent our wine brands in the heart of the Barossa. As a Casual Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests by sharing the history, stories, and spirit of the region.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional service, transforming visitors into loyal customers and wine enthusiasts.
* Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and sales transactions with professionalism and poise.
Requirements:
* A natural people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating lasting impressions.
* Enthusiasm about wine, food, and hospitality (prior experience is beneficial but not essential).
* A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is mandatory.
