Job Description
Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
* Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer any queries.
* Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard.
* Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organising delivery in a timely manner.
* Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.
