The roleWe're looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Partnering and Procurement Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting procurement, contract management and strategic performance initiatives across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of contract documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, assisting with reporting processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also help ensure compliance with corporate frameworks and governance standards.

Your key responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation in the handling of contracts.
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and expiry/renewal dates across the Asset Services group; coordinate with stakeholders for timely action.
- Support where required contract variation, extension, and close-out processes across the Asset Services group.
- Establish and maintain methodologies and tools to enable statistical Contract Partner Performance monitoring, trending and reporting (Governance & how-to materials).
- Provide Nimblex super user expertise and support to Asset Services with troubleshooting and guidance.
- Develop and maintain a Risk framework approach for contracts across the entire Asset Services group to identify key factors such as supply chain & key personnel risks.
- Co-ordinate and maintain an Asset Services centralised knowledge management system/process for the procurement lifecycle ensuring information is accessible and up to date (Contract manager’s resource Hub).
- Support continuous improvement by assisting in the documentation of processes and identifying opportunities for streamlining.
- Provide administrative support for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring deadlines are met.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative, contract support, or procurement support role
- Understanding of contract lifecycle processes and procurement principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in planning work and seeing through to completion tasks and initiatives
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with reliability, resilience, and a solid sense of integrity
