Role Description
* The Product Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, prioritise, and deliver product features.
* Lead the end‑to‑end product development process, from ideation and prioritisation to launch and post‑launch evaluation.
* Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
* Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
* Use data‑driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritise feature development.
* Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and launch plans.
* Monitor product performance and success metrics to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
* Communicate product plans, updates, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Present product strategy and roadmap to executive leadership and other stakeholders to gain buy‑in and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Define product requirements and priorities based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
* Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to align product development efforts with business objectives.
* Collaborate with teams to define product requirements, set milestones, and track progress.
* Ensure products are delivered on time and within budget, collaborating with engineering teams to define technical requirements and timelines.
* Conduct in‑depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Use insights to guide product decisions and prioritise features, and monitor industry trends for new opportunities.
* Champion customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle.
* Gather insights from customers and use them to improve product features and user experience.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Work with marketing and sales teams to create launch plans and sales enablement materials.
* Define KPIs to track product performance, monitor product usage, customer feedback, and revenue metrics to optimise products continuously.
* Communicate product plans and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
* Present strategy and roadmaps to gain alignment and buy‑in from leadership and teams.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a leadership role within product development.
* Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
* Experience in the tech industry or relevant sectors, with a focus on delivering innovative, customer‑centric products.
* Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
