We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations into general insurance claims, including motor vehicle thefts, accidents, burglaries, and fire incidents. Your findings will help us make informed decisions and provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review case documentation and identify relevant information
* Conduct professional interviews with parties involved in the claim
* Record interviews using digital audio recording devices
* Inspect incident scenes, photograph, and videotape
* Analyze relevant documentation to support your findings
* Prepare accurate and detailed reports of your investigations
* Meet deadlines and work efficiently to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
* Current QLD private security individual license
* Investigation experience preferred, but not required
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Computer skills, including typing at 60 WPM or higher
