About the role
Growth Digital is a growing digital marketing agency working with small and medium businesses across Australia. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive & Account Lead to manage client relationships and support digital marketing performance across SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This is a mid-level role suited to someone with agency experience who is confident dealing with clients, understands digital channels, and can work closely with specialists to deliver results.
What you'll be responsible for
* Managing a portfolio of active client accounts
* Acting as the main point of contact for strategy, performance and communication
* Leading overall digital marketing strategy across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites
* Working closely with dedicated SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists to plan, execute and optimise campaigns
* Reviewing performance and providing clear direction and recommendations to specialists
* Running client meetings, check-ins and performance discussions
* Translating client goals into realistic, actionable plans
* Preparing concise performance reports focused on outcomes and next steps
* Identifying upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Keeping projects, timelines and deliverables on track
What we're looking for
* 2–4 years experience in a digital marketing agency (essential)
* Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads (hands-on experience is a plus, not required for all channels)
* Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
* Confident communicating with small business owners and decision-makers
* Able to explain results clearly, including challenges and limitations
* Organised, proactive and accountable
* Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
Nice to have
* Website project experience
* GA4 and performance reporting experience
* Melbourne-based for occasional in-person meetings
