As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in building and executing a world-class outbound sales engine. This role is crucial in driving revenue channels from crafting compelling messaging to setting impactful sales meetings. You will actively contribute to the sales pipeline, ensuring our outbound processes are not only effective but also scalable.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales development role, preferably in a SaaS or MarTech position. You should be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with various teams, including customer success, product, research, marketing, and engineering.
Key responsibilities include developing best-in-class outbound sales strategies, building lead lists, designing engaging sequences and messaging, conducting outreach activities, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and generating regular reports to track sales performance.
