You will play a critical role in expanding Cirium’s footprint through proactive cold calling, targeted prospecting, and strategic closing to meet and exceed monthly billing targets.You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new logos, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the best value and experience to potential clients. This is a hunter role, with a strong focus on building commercial relationships from the ground up and executing sales strategies that align with Cirium’s goal to power every aviation decision with industry-leading data and analytics.This is a permanent, full-time role based in North Sydney, with a 5-day office work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and market penetration through high levels of outbound activity (cold calls, email outreach, and in-person visits)Schedule and attend sales appointments; qualify prospects through expert discovery and align needs with Cirium’s solutionsDefine and execute a new business development strategy aligned with Cirium’s goals and market trendsNegotiate and close agreements, ensuring value-based pricing and properly scoped contractsMaintain accurate CRM data, tracking all activity, opportunity stages, and sales forecastsRepresent Cirium at industry conferences and events to expand your network and generate new leadsAnalyse sales performance, report regularly, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a results-driven Account Executive with a passion for hunting new business and a strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
