About the role
This is a customer-facing Showroom Consultant role focused on guiding clients through design-led product selections. You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where training is provided and commission is uncapped. No direct industry experience is required - attitude and people skills are key.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver a high level of customer service to walk-in and existing clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and builders
* Guide customers through product selections with confidence
* Manage enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
* Maintain showroom presentation and standards
* Prospecting will be minimal initially and increase over time
Skills & experience
* Background in retail, hospitality, or customer service (not industry-specific)
* Interior design students or graduates encouraged to apply
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Mature-minded, reliable, and professional
* Driver's licence preferred but not essential
