About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to play an integral part in supporting and overseeing the overall operation of the store.

You will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for training, supervising and directing staff. You will also make decisions during shifts on staffing matters and rostering needs, drive company programs and policies to better engage and support co-workers and direct reports.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience from the retailing, hospitality or fast food industries with some previous experience in staff management/leadership roles.

You will possess excellent communication skills, strong conflict resolution experience and a proven ability to delegate effectively. You will also need to be able to manage competing tasks while being a natural leader who can think on their feet.
