About the role:
Bigweld is seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver to join our growing team in Braemar, NSW. In this role, you will be using an MR truck fitted with Tommy Gate to deliver gas and welding supplies around the Southern Highlands and Greater Sydney areas. This role is perfect for a professional driver with delivery experience who enjoys working independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering orders to customers in a safe and timely manner
* Loading, unloading trucks and scanning orders
* Provide excellent customer service while representing Bigweld
* Follow safety procedures and maintain vehicle cleanliness
* Occasional warehouse duties such as picking/packing orders and forklift driving
What we’re looking for:
* Valid MR/HR Class Driver’s licence (required)
* Valid Forklift Licence (preferred)
* 1+ years experience in an MR driving role is highly desirable
* Good driving record and willing to provide a Demerit Points Statement
* Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
* Reliable, hard-working and quick learner
* Strong time management and communication skills
