Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Norton Gold Fields Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR, ER and IR advice, support and training to various business units across the Company, while aligning the Company's people and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate and facilitate HR management and other relevant training programmes for employees, supervisors and managers.
* Develop annual training plans, identify skill gaps and training needs, organise training programs, facilitate in-house training sessions and/or source suitable external training courses.
* Prepare training reports and analysis.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Business or other relevant experience.
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
* At least 3 years of HR generalist experience in a similar role.
* An understanding of Human Resources principles, as well as working knowledge of the Fair Work legislation.
* Sound administration and organisation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
* Current national police clearance.
