Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our regional sales teams, ensuring they work efficiently and deliver great results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and guide the operations team to work well together and achieve shared goals.
* Maintain and improve sales operations processes to keep work running smoothly from start to finish.
* Drive D365 use across the team and support system improvements that reduce admin and streamline workflows.
* Assist with sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal processes alongside the Region Manager.
* Prepare accurate reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
* Coordinate logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset activities to ensure equipment is reliable, safe, and compliant.
* Support WHS requirements, including risk assessments and incident follow-up.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across the region.

* You have experience in operations or coordination roles and are ready to grow into a leadership position.
* Communicate clearly, work well with others, and take ownership of your work.
* Organized, practical, and enjoy bringing structure to your day-to-day tasks.
* Comfortable working with data, reports, and sales processes.
* Confident using technology and willing to learn systems like D365.
* Look for ways to make processes easier and more efficient.
* Enjoy supporting others and contributing to a positive team culture.
* Understand the importance of working safely and following WHS guidelines.
