We’re seeking a sharp and reliable Front Office & Administration Assistant to join a respected mid-tier accounting firm on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension and permanency.This opportunity offers the chance to support a high-performing Business Services team and manage reception duties in a corporate environment that values precision, initiative, and professionalism.What You’ll DoBe the friendly and efficient face of the office — greeting clients and managing receptionProvide hands-on admin support to the Business Services team, including:Drafting ATO correspondence and engagement lettersPreparing forms, reports, e-collations, and scanning/file managementAssisting with client information collection and tax paperworkHandle kitchen, stationery, mail, and office suppliesAssist with fee preparation and timesheet inputSupport the Corporate Secretarial team with ASIC lodgements, solvency declarations, and database updatesWhat You’ll BringMinimum 1 year experience in a public practice accounting firm (essential)Working knowledge of MYOB AE, ATO MATE, Microsoft Office, and ideally XeroStrong attention to detail, time management, and a customer-service mindsetAbility to juggle multiple priorities with a calm and professional approachCertificate in Office Administration is a plus, but not essentialYou’ll Thrive If You Are:A confident communicator who enjoys being the go-to personProcess-driven, with a knack for keeping things organised and running smoothlyAble to handle sensitive information with discretionHappy to pitch in where needed and keen to learn
