We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who has a positive 'can do' attitude, an outgoing friendly personality and a passion for hospitality to join our Brighton Le Sands family.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor and train a team of 15‐40 staff.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain good food and wine knowledge.
* Work effectively in a quick‐paced & pressurised workplace.
* Provide solid administration and communication support.
* Ensure compliance with work, health and safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing teams of 15‐40 people in a similar environment.
* RSA certification.
* Australian citizen, permanent resident or visa that allows full‐time work.
* Reliable and able to work a rotating 7‐day roster, including weekends and evenings.
