We're seeking a hands-on, reliable Part-Time Caretaker (20 hours) to maintain and present the estate's common areas, gardens, and recreational facilities to a high standard. You'll work independently but in close communication with the Owners Corporation Committee, ensuring our estate remains safe, functional, and welcoming.
What you'll do
-Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on common property
* Maintain gardens, lawns, and irrigation systems
* Clean and check the recreation hall, swimming pool, and courts
* Keep roads, paths, carparks, and lighting in good order
* Oversee contractors for specialised works
* Attend monthly Committee meetings and provide regular reports
What you'll bring

* Knowledge of pool maintenance (advantageous, but training can be provided)
