Job Role Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accounting practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage core administrative tasks and ensure seamless workflow execution across the practice.
* Oversee office operations, support partners, and facilitate effective team collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with ASIC corporate regulations using NowInfinity.
* Maintain and update client databases and records using MYOB AE.
* Coordinate lodgements with the ATO and manage all correspondence.
* Finalize and distribute client documents (electronic and hard copy).
* Liaise with clients regarding documentation, follow-ups, and general inquiries.
* Support billing processes and assist with debtor control.
* Facilitate onboarding new clients and maintain practice compliance.
* Continuously improve office procedures and optimize workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in an office manager or senior admin role within an accounting firm.
* Proficiency in NowInfinity and MYOB AE.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
* A proactive and results-driven attitude.
